Cancellation Policy
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to future appointment in the event you need to cancel/reschedule within the allocated timeframe.

Things happen. If you need to cancel/reschedule a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. This gives me enough time to accommodate clients on my waitlist.

Running behide? Reach out to me, you have a 15 minute grace period, past that I cannot guarantee enough time to complete your service in the time left and might have to reschedule.

Missed appointment? no call/no show appointments will get charged 100% of the service.
